ANNUAL JOURNAL ACTIVITY REPORTS
To monitor, evaluate, and enhance the academic performance of our journals, the preparation of an Annual Journal Activity Report is mandatory on an annual basis. The purpose of this report is to present information on the current status of the journals, statistical data, impact indicators, and publication processes in a standardized, comparable, and systematic manner.
The Annual Journal Activity Report is prepared by the relevant Journal Editorial Board. Based on the data provided in the report, evaluations are conducted to improve the formal and content quality of the journals, enhance publication processes, and support sustainable academic development. Within this framework, the reports are intended to provide feedback and recommendations for the further development of the journals.
Accordingly, the Annual Journal Activity Report, which will be sent to the journal editorial boards as an attachment to an official letter, must be completed carefully by the relevant Journal Editorial Board, signed by the responsible academic unit authority, and submitted to the Chair of the Publication Commission with an official cover letter within the specified period.
Reports submitted in a timely and complete manner will make a significant contribution to the institutional evaluation, quality enhancement, and indexing processes of our journals.
